Customers receive a two-part training DVD and free unlimited toll-free training and behavioral consultation from Dogstar Productions.
Puppies are micro-chipped for lifetime identification in case they are lost or stolen.
Pure breed puppies often have a pedigree with a family tree history.
Trained Pet Counselors educate customers on pet choices and the care of their pet by exceeding the pet`s four basic needs.
Puppies go home with a two-part warranty. The first part is a 14-day warranty on the health of the puppy, and the second part is a one-year warranty against hereditary or congenital defects.
