Our company hopes to bring fashion of all kinds to all women on one web site. Araelle's is a newly founded web store, and will soon be launching a boutique in our home town of Pensacola, Florida. We are a compilation of buyers, who participate in fashion shows, wholesale shops nationwide, and designeres to bring affordable high scale fashion to you! All of our items are ordered at wholesale prices so we can offer the lowest prices possible to our customers. All of our items are new, some with or without tags.
Customer satisfaction is our number 1 goal. If we have sent you an incorrect product (i.e., wrong size, item, or color) will gladely exchange the item for the correct one. Please call us within 24 hours of receipt of the original item. Once we recieve the incorrect item, we will send out the correct item. Shipping and Handling will be on us. We request item is sent by standard mail.
If item is damaged, please adhere to return policy above. We do not refund items, or replace items. Please note* if item is limited, (3 or under available for sale) and you need a new size or color because of incorrect order processing, we will refund your money or exchange the item for something else of equal or lesser value if the item is sold out. Please send us an email if you would like to cancel an order. All orders must be cancelled before we ship. If an order is cancelled after being shipped, please return the item unopened, and we will refund you for the item (s) that you have paid for. We will not be able to refund the shipping cost.
