Client Services Temporary Placement Victoria & Associates devotes enormous resources to hiring the most qualified and productive people through a rigorous acceptance procedure that includes screening, reference check, and hands-on evaluation. This process helps us identify the most suitable candidates for our clients. Though we provide a temporary employment solution, it is our goal to establish a permanent business relationship with each of our valued clients. Temporary-to-Hire Placement At Victoria & Associates, our ability to recruit quality people who meet our clients' unique expectations often results in permanent placements. We are always pleased to facilitate this transition from temporary to permanent employee. Should you wish to hire one of our employees directly, we request that you observe the employee over a 14-week period to ensure he or she has a good work ethic, displays a satisfactory attendance record, and possesses compatible personality traits and a cooperative spirit. After this observation period, you may transfer the employee to your company's payroll at no additional cost. We take our responsibility to our people seriously.
