Felix Andrew Salons
All Felix Andrew New Talent Hair Designers are licensed graduates of a certified cosmetology school who have taken preliminary AVEDA certification courses. They also continue to take the monthly in-house education that is required of all Felix Andrew stylists as well as the other AVEDA Academy courses open to stylists of all levels.
The entire Felix Andrew Team strives to constantly improve through continued education. You can trust your stylist`s expertise is a well-developed art. All prices are subject to change without notice; please consult your stylist for exact prices.
At Aveda, we strive to set an example for environmental leadership and responsibility - not just in the world of beauty, but around the world.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you may check in and relax. Unfortunately, late arrivals cannot receive an extension of time and may be asked to reschedule. At Felix Andrew, your services are personally reserved for you.
Our computerized scheduling system allows you to quickly book future appointments. It is to your advantage to pre-book before you leave.
We ask guest to refrain from cell phone usage and request that such mobile devices be silenced or turned off when in the salon. For your convenience, should you need to make a phone call, one of our staff members would be happy to escort you to a salon phone where you may place and receive calls.
At Felix Andrew, our staff prides itself in working as a team to insure you receive the ultimate experience. Tipping is never expected, but if you feel it necessary, it is well appreciated.
All of our services are guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us within 7 days. We will be happy to arrange service with the stylist of your choice.
We gladly accept any retail item for store credit. Services and gift certificates are nonrefundable.
