Technical Inspections
We offer technical inspection packages which are more comprehensive and in depth than our A.S.H.I. home inspection. This package can include any or all of the following:
Structural Analysis:
A structural engineer will inspect and evaluate the condition of the structure and will compare the design to today`s building construction and engineering code standards.
Soils Testing:
A soils testing geotechnical company will take soil samples to confirm the adequacy of the soil conditions.
Building Department Permit Review:
The local municipality will be researched for records of all past permits pulled for work on the property. We will check to see if any significant improvements were done without a permit.
Electrical Systems Evaluation:
A licensed electrician will evaluate the condition of the electrical system components and will review the adequacy of the system to meet the intended needs.
