Dr. Huggett is a board-certified optometric physician specializing in low vision. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa in 1981 and doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston, Texas in 1990. While there he received training at the Lighthouse for the Blind (now known as The Lighthouse of Houston) in low vision and low vision rehabilitation.
