Architectural services:
Programming - We can provide programming services to help clients identify what elements and features are important and/or vital to their particular project.
Master Planning - Whether our clients are wanting to develop a project all at once or introduce their project in phases, we can help design the project in such a way as to help alleviate potential problems that may come up due to improper planning.
Architectural design - We pride ourselves in the ability to listen to clients and help bring their dreams to reality. Our clients have great ideas and we listen to them and help incorporate these ideas into feasible, aesthetic designs that are easy to construct. Our documents are easy to understand and we receive repeated praise from builders about the level of quality in our documents.
Construction administration - We offer our clients construction phase administration services so that they can have an extra eye during the construction of their project. We can provide periodic site visits to verify if the project is being built to the standards and expectation that the client and architect has dictated in the construction plans. This is helpful to clients who may be located remotely from their project and have difficulty observing construction activities.
