Initially, the law firm focused on employee rights in employment and labor cases. Shortly after founding the firm, consumer bankruptcy law was added to complement our services to our individual clients. Now, bankruptcy and foreclosure defense represents the largest portion of our practice, but we also continue to represent employees who have been wrongfully terminated or have legal claims against their employers. We anticipate further expanding our legal services to our clients to include prosecution of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations and other creditor harassment in the near future.

Bankruptcy:
We file chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases for individuals if your debt has become overwhelming. We offer low payment plans. Keep your home and vehicles while discharging your credit card debt and some taxes. Stop creditor calls, garnishment, repossessions, foreclosure and lawsuits.
We also provide representation for creditors for motions to lift the automatic stay, valuations of secured property, reaffirmation agreements and adversary proceedings in the State of Florida.
Employment Law:
We represent victims of Employment Discrimination in areas such as unpaid wages, whistleblower, sexual harassment, age discrimination, Family Medical Leave Act violations, gender dicrimination, HIV/AIDS discrimination, race discrimination, invasion of privacy, dafamation of character among other causes of action.
Personal Injuries:
We represent persons injured in automobile accidents, slip and falls, dog bites and other accidents. Our cases have ranged from food poisoning to wrongful death.
